AGS is a not-for-profit social group for people with a shared interest in gardens and gardening. We are affiliated to the RHS.

The personal information that we collect about you is used to help us manage and run AGS. We will only collect the information about you that we need.

When and how do we collect personal information about you?

We collect information about you when you register with us using the application form.

How will we use the personal information about you?

We will use the information you provide to send you information about meetings, change of venues, cancellations, relevant content from speaker presentations and other information that might be relevant to you.

Who we share your personal information with?

We do not share your information or sell your information to any other organisation.

How we store your information

We store all information on a password protected spreadsheet.

Right of access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you at any time. You will also have the right to request the data we receive from you is:

  • Updated
  • Deleted, if you no longer wish to be part of AGS
  • Restricted to certain processing.
